Gunpowder

Our signature gunpowder (a.k.a molagapodi) is hand-crafted using a very special recipe from both my grandmothers.

We slow roast our ingredients individually from the black & white sesame seeds, to a variety of lentils and dried red chilis, to create a spicy and crunchy lentil powder. It's explosive!

Like me, you can add this as a perfect condiment for your idly or dosa, rice and even while cooking up some veggies
